Our Cold Smoked Sea Trout is smoked using the traditional method of curing, then gently smoked over whisky soaked oak shavings.  Our curing method is special as in addition to the salt cure, we add demerara sugar and dark rum, these ingredients give it our own distinctive flavour.  It is supplied with the skin on.

Serve as a canapé, starter or main.  Savour this on the palate - you won't forget the flavour.
