Can I collect my order from the Smokehouse? 

Yes, we are more than happy for you to pick up your order at the Smokehouse when you are on route to your holiday cottage or out and about for the day.  Please contact us on 01520 755367 to arrange a suitable pick up date and time.   Smoked product orders placed on line should be paid for online by credit or debit card but other products not available for online purchase must be paid in cash, or by cheque, credit or debit card on collection. 

 

Can you deliver to addresses outside the UK?

Currently, we can only deliver to the UK mainland.

 

When can I expect delivery?

If you have requested a specific delivery date, by agreement with us, your order will be despatched 2 days prior to that date.   See also our Terms and Conditions.

 

Can you deliver to a different address?

When placing an order that you wish despatched to a different address, please remember to give a delivery address (including post code) and don't forget to advise the recipient that a parcel is on its way. 

 

How do you package your produce for despatch?

To ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition, everything is despatched to you in insulated bags with a frozen gel pack enclosed.
