We chose our cheeses because they are a particular favourite of our own. The cheeses are from the Highlands and suitable for vegetarians. Gently smoked to lift the flavour, these are a must on a cheeseboard. Serve with red onion chutney or chilli jam, or added to cheese sauces for pasta dishes. Try them grated on top of Shepherd's pie.
