Given to me at Christmas by a friend who has raved about it for years. Served as canapés and a starter on Christmas Day. The quality and flavour are outstanding, Applecross will be my go-to from now on. The difference between everyday smoked salmon and Applecross smoked salmon is scary! Proper quality.

We have tried a few others but none measure up to this. Year on year the standard of quality, taste and texture (a very important factor) put this in the super “ luxury” class.

Bought several times and cannot fault it. Very slight variation in taste each time but just proves it's hand made provenance. Absolutely delicious every time. It helps having walked/cycled past the shop a few times so a taste reminds me of that Applecross road and the view!

We have ordered this product every year for a while now,Xmas morning breakfast of this salmon and scrambled eggs is now tradition at our house,our guests look forward to the finest smoked salmon on the market money can buy,boxing day lunch involves finishing the smoked salmon,we recommend this product very highly

We were just 3 for Xmas last year,from breakfast xmas morning,smoked salmon and scrambled eggs,to 27 december,smoked salmon and cream cheese sarny,this smoked salmon is the best you will ever taste,the moment you take it out of its packing its not wet! like supermarket salmon,once again,the very best salmon you will taste.
