Unbelievably good

We normally don't like smoked cheeses but we were given this as a gift at Christmas and found that the smoking was subtle and the flavour and texture were excellent. My wife and I are now firm converts.

Really enjoyed the cheese
Really was not big enough " thank goodness " as I could have eaten it all to myself ! One more left for Christmas yepp!

This is without the best smoked cheese I, my wife and our friend Annabel (an ex-professional chef) have ever tasted. The welcome at Tigh a' Chraicaich was wonderful and all the goods we bought equally amazing. The tasting of samples was a wonderful window into how well smoking can be done. It even beats the Butley Creek smokehouse in Suffolk - that that is the highest praise!!
