Eggs Benedict with cold smoked Applecross salmon. Ideal as a breakfast on a special occasion.
Applecross hot smoked salmon and asparagus Quiche. Serve as a warm starter with salad.
Applecross smoked Cheddar cheese & chives scones. Serve with Applecross cold smoked sea trout or cold smoked salmon & lemon flavoured quark..
Smoked haddock soup (Cullen Skink). Serve with buttered Irish soda bread.
Irish soda bread. Delicious served with our smoked salmon or sea trout pate. Alternatively serve buttered, with smoked haddock soup.
Creamy curry seafood pasta. An interesting, and delicious, variation on the classic Italian dish.
Applecross Hot Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad. A tasty salad lunch.
Applecross Cold Smoked Salmon with Cauliflower Puree, Asparagus, Pickled Onions and Mustard Vinaigrette. Serve as a starter or as a light meal.
Applecross Hot Smoked Sea Trout with Brussel Sprouts, Grilled Gem Lettuce, Lentils & Fennel Sauce
Cold Smoked Salmon, Potato and Celeriac Dauphinoise. Serve with garlic bread and side salad, or wilted spinach and peas.
Hot Smoked Salmon with Creamy Pasta and Pine Nuts. Serve with a crusty bread and side salad.
Applecross Smoked Roulade Served with Lemon Crème Fraiche. Starter for two or serve sliced on mini oatcakes as a canapé.
