The salmon fillets are brined and then cooked over whisky soaked oak shavings. This is delicious served as a canapé, starter, cold or warmed through in the oven or sealed bag. Serve as a main course. For that celebration breakfast or brunch, flake the hot smoked salmon through your scrambled eggs and serve with a glass of bubbly. They are supplied with the skin on.
