I don’t believe there is better smoked salmon than this available anywhere. It absolutely sets the standard. It smells so fresh, and tastes so delicate; it’s a proper gourmet treat. Blinis, a little cream cheese, a twist of this perfect salmon and a little cracked black pepper, with a glass of good Champagne…food heaven.

The best smoked salmon I've ever had. Delicious flavour but doesn't leave you thirsty a hour or so later. Once I found this smokehouse I haven't gone anywhere else !

Really excellent smoked salmon, the flavour just shows the personal care that has gone into smoking and carving this beautiful Scottish salmon. You'd expect to get this standard in a London Michelin 3* restaurant. Thanks, Derek & Lorna, for a real Christmas treat!
