The salmon sides are brined and then cooked over whisky soaked oak shavings. Delicious served as a canapé, starter, cold or warmed through in the oven or sealed bag. A magnificent centre piece on any dining table, or for a celebration breakfast or brunch, flake the hot smoked salmon through your scrambled eggs and serve with a glass of bubbly. The sides are supplied with the skin on.
