Last of bundle of lockdoom goodies After a couple hours in the wet hills in June ... we had late lunch. Salmon great texture and depth to flavour Generously sliced We had with scrambled aggs from free range farm near Biggar and covenanter bread from Andante in Edinburgh. Classic !
And enough left for snack next day

The smell of smoke hits you before the salmon reaches your mouth. It’s so delicious and means you don’t want to go back and eat the stuff from supermarkets. Try it and see

If it wasnt so yummy we wouldnt keep ordering hot smoked salmon and cold peat smoked salmon slices, real treats!

Our first tasting of the cold peat smoked and it was delicious.
