Christmas Orders

This Christmas we will recommence using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day by 1 pm.  Please note: Last year, in between strike dates Royal Mail suspended their Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm to 'anytime during the next day'.  Customers are advised to check on https://www.royalmail.com/  for any changes to the delivery service and use the tracking number given to you when the parcel is despatched.

We will continue to use Menzies Distribution/A.P.C. for larger orders.  A consignment number will be issued to you and you can track your parcel through https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking  or call them on 0800 37 37 37.  Parcels may take up to 48 hours.

To avoid disappointment, please order before Friday 27th October which is the last date that we can accept Christmas orders.

When placing your order, please order in the usual manner but state clearly that it is for Christmas.  Please also state your preferred delivery date, the contact name, contact telephone number and a safe place to leave the parcel if you are out.  It is possible that we will be unable to provide the date you requested as deliveries will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  If this should occur, we will advise you accordingly.

If a safe place is not given, the delivery note will be marked 'no instructions given' which means that the carrier will take the parcel back to the depot, and it will be your responsibility to contact the depot.

This is obviously early for Christmas but we can assure you that all our fish products are suitable for home freezing.  As always, the products will be in a thermal envelope or box with frozen gel strips.
