I ordered the cold smoked hand sliced salmon fillet as a present for my family having tried it at the Potting Shed restaurant in Applecross. Superb salmon, delicious and we fried the skin that was left till it was really crispy just perfection. Excellent communication and delivered in perfect condition. We will be buying more!
