Served on puff-pasty on top of peppered samphire, with asparagus shoots, broccoli, and crispy croquette potatoes (with Applecross smoked cheddar and breadcrumb coating).
A meal bursting with flavour - every mouthful a delight (and if no-one is looking, licking the plate clean!).

This was our first taste of hot smoked sea trout and it was fantastic.
Online delivery in time for Christmas arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
The order of hot and cold smoked salmon and sea trout went down a treat with the family. Fantastic produce.

Bought this as a birthday gift alongside some smoked scallops and salmon...I know the person who received the gift was really pleased with the gift. The package arrived in good time and service was prompt and efficient.
