Despite missing the order deadline we still received your wonderful smoked trout in time for Christmas. Intense flavour and lovely texture, will definitely be ordering again.

It arrived in brilliant packaging to keep it fresh and on time. The smoked sea trout was as always amazingly tasty and evoked wonderful memories of visiting the smokery when we were there on holiday. It made the perfect Christmas day breakfast with scrambled eggs and prosecco :-)

Second time of buying and the flavour and texture is still as lovely as the first time. The quality and texture is wonderful. The packaging is great and the sea trout arrived in perfect condition.
