The hot smoked salmon is truly delicious - a great choice for a birthday treat! No supermarket salmon can compare!
We have purchased it at the Smokehouse and decided to order it online this time. The salmon was excellently packaged with ice packs to keep it fresh and arrived promptly.

My grandaughter ( 2 .5 years ) her gran and her mum and dad had al fresco with potato salad She loved it.
Eildidh gillandsers and Roddie had theirs in flat lockdown with couscous and green beans a real tasty treat

We have been to the Smokehouse a few times and have never been disappointed!!! It is the best hot smoked trout & salmon I've ever had! We had order online this time and also for a friend in London for a treat! The smoked cheddar is delicious! The deliveries come with an ice pack to ensure the fish is chilled. Great service!

We ordered this after a sample of the smoked salmon Pate. It's absolutely amazing and a must to try. Delivery was also very quick, customer service really friendly.

Hot smoked salmon is not something we had had much of until we visited Scotland and it was included in a fish platter we had one lunch time. Enjoyed it so much that we stopped off at Applecross smokehouse to buy some more. Absolutely delicious, now mail ordering it to Southern England.

Came across Applecross when doing the NC500 - the quality of the salmon and flavour is exceptional. Stands out from what you get in the supermarkets. I had some mail ordered to a friend as a gift and they were delighted.

We always enjoy this hot smoked salmon, we love it with prawns and a herby salad. We have also tried the Applecross recipes to go with it and recommend the pasta and pine nut recipe, (its too good to go in a quiche!)

Eaten hot with vegetables and potatoes, it scored very highly for both robust smoky flavour and firm texture. We will definitely have it again, it is quite distinct from other varieties of smoked salmon we have tried over the years. it stands out as unique.

Every package reminds us of our summer holiday in Scotland.
We never had a better hot smoked salmon. For us this is the best smokehouse in Scotland. We hope to come back one day. Every bite reminds us of that view when you come around the corner and see the smokehouse.

We were lucky enough to be on holiday at lovely Craig Cottage and saw Derrick working on his smokehouse - a true labour of love!! The same concern and thoroughness has been shown to these smoked products and the results are really superb.

Just received my order in post this morning and was very impressed with service and speedy delivery. Products well packaged . We have so far tasted hot smoked salmon which was delicious and looking forward to other tasty morsels in next few days, especially the cold smoked salmon.
