Our unsliced cold peat smoked salmon is cured in a special marinade before being gently smoked over whisky soaked oak shavings and Applecross peat. Our marinade is special as, in addition to the salt cure, we add Demerara sugar and Highland Park 12 years old single malt whisky which gives it a more robust flavour.
Serve as a starter canapé or main.
This product is supplied with the skin on.

Oustanding in every respect(13/12/2016)
We have used Derrick and Lorna's salmon at Christmas for some years now, and would never now contemplate any alternative. The service and the product are truly excellent, Happy Christmas to all at Applecross!
