Usually bought for a gathering , this time we took some as food parcel to self isolating daughter a mile away and we on birthday, then mothers day, after daily exercise used on bread ,with scrambled eggs , salad or just a sneeky slice . Moist , great taste and texture. Self slicing a pleasure

WE used this for part of a buffet spread at a family gathering of 29 folk from 1 year olds to pensioners !Fantastic. Plenty left for later in the evening with some chilled white Talking points were the Applecross connection , the Bealach crossing many years ago by some and the salmon great taste and texture ! A hit.

We have used Derrick and Lorna's salmon at Christmas for some years now, and would never now contemplate any alternative. The service and the product are truly excellent, Happy Christmas to all at Applecross!
